The Peaceful mind !… Lack of sleep, a dream of work assignment, late arise in the morning, hurried startup for office, an arrogant boss pushing the deadline, and so on! The things pile up ultimately creating a stage of eruption which might be in the form of anger against an innocent street beggar, or into a case of unwanted road rage or an unwarranted divorce or any other un-imaginable havoc. Control it before the things go beyond control!
We all could easily perceive the things piling up. We could identify the triggers. This self awareness is the first step towards detonation of this time bomb.
Taking conscious control is the second step. As most of the people feel that they are self enlightened to the the level of knowing the cause of the incumbent calamity. But intelligence is not just knowing the things, rather this connotes to modifying oneself, his behavior and action towards the prevention of such unwanted scenario, regarding which one might have to repent for the life.
Take a break from the pressure of performance. Don’t overburden yourself anytime. An overburdened person can’t deliver the quality. Continued pressure might result into total disruption and complete failure. Its better to ease out and let the task flow in an easy and pleasant manner. Whenever you sense a trigger arriving, calm yourself! Don’t let the pressure overtake your behavior. Rather you develop the safety valve; the valve of calmness, the strategy to peacefully deal with the pressure and not loose your control. Follow your hobbies and the things which appeal you, relax you, and calm you.
Sleep is the universal rejuvenator. This could restore the mental dis-equilibrium and calm the inner core. Meditation is another way to achieve the peaceful state and there are innumerable other ways.

Peace is not a destination which one should chase and find. Rather, this is a way of life which needs to be pursued everyday. Being a human being, one should learn to pro-actively respond to every situation and maintain this ultimate state of well being. Peaceful mind should be the universal life aim around which everything else should revolve. If this state is achieved, success in every arena follows with spontaneity.
