The Ups and Downs in Life
The journey of life is full of ups and downs. Everyone experiences this rumble. The harder the trek, the greater it makes us learn the lessons of life.
Strange is the thing that at one moment, the person if flying high in the ecstasy; the charm of love and passion and the very next moment is the second of fall with extreme anxiety, fear or some horrible incident. There may be few simple life strategies which you need to learn to enjoy this trek.
Firstly, stop exploring the cause of your unhappiness. The greater you explore, unhappier will be your state. Rather, start looking at the things which makes you happier.
Accept the downtime. Everyone occasionally gets angry, irritated or cranky. Just cut yourself and give the space. Allow whatever you feel, without labelling. Faith and love includes noticing the mess, the emptiness, evilness and letting it be there in the hope of some illumination.
Stop the blame game. Avoid pointing fingers to the others for the deteriorating situation. Stop giving the powers to others and start taking responsibility for the situation.
Look at the life from a larger perspective. Stop getting disappointed at the smaller events. Life has an interesting way of being and making us realize what remains hidden deep inside us.
Embrace and accept your pain. They will detoxify you and sharpen your edge as a human being helping your soul acquire the pious vivacity.
Every problem is a challenge which makes you grow everyday. Rejoice, dive in and enjoy the problem. You will learn the art of swimming.
Cleanse your psyche and heal your heart. Forgiveness will make you available with the different charms of nature, which otherwise would have been missing. Free yourself from the self procreated chains of anger and resentment around your ankle.
The darkest shadow is the one casted by the brightest light. This is the way of nature to tell us that our most potent energy lies hidden within the darkest incidents of our life.
No storm lasts for ever. Like every other turbulence, this too would be followed by a phase of calm and a phase of love. And until you are passing through the rough phase, look for the activities you love, which fascinate you and makes you feel happy and excited.
Life is a rollercoaster. What makes you feel weak at the end of the day ultimately makes you a stronger person.
