The Fatal Anger: It’s dangerous !
Anger spoil lives !
To loose temper at pity issues are now-a-days becoming fatal. People are going up to the extent of murdering a relatively unknown person. Road rage, parking dispute, or delay in serving food at the restaurants are some of the meager issues which are making people violent. Few days back in Delhi, a man was murdered because he failed to return just Rs. 1500/ borrowed from someone. Sudden anger is the cause behind such action. Most of the cases are such that there lie no prior enmity between the people involved. Many cases are such that the participants hardly knew each other. Moreover, the accused in such cases usually don’t have any past criminal record. Crime was committed in a moment of rage. Rising graph of such crimes are a point of concern. People should be mindful enough to visualize that a moment of anger could ruin their future. There would be no remedy, once their impulse makes them cross the legal line.
It is important that people should learn not express their anger in a violent manner. Respect should be the prime basis of all interpersonal relation. There should be a proper manner to release their anger and pent up feelings. Psychiatrist consider the stress and frustration of modern urban lifestyle to be the main cause behind rising violent behavior. Pressure at job and strained familial relations contribute to a stressed mindset which just need a trigger to erupt violent. This trigger can come from any source and the person releases his entire frustration upon it. No logic, no reasoning, just an emotional outburst.
