Power of Subconscious Mind! Sub-conscious is that part of consciousness which is not in current awareness. It is the repository of different ideas, wishes, desires and emotions.
Faith and belief are the foundation of sub-conscious mind. The subconscious mind is awake 24×7, even when we are in deep sleep. It bears the various creative ideas and the answer to various real life problems. All the experiences of daily life get stored in this sub-conscious self for indefinite period of time. All the future behavior and action gets unknowingly influenced by this database. Sub-conscious stress, anxiety and fear could disturb the natural functioning of body and its physical manifestations like hypertension, abnormal EEG, ECG, pulse rate, pupillary dilation and so on. The beauty of sub-conscious mind is that this is having a multi-dimensional impact upon the individual without making him realize about the actual cause. This is the invisible programmer sitting backstage controlling every success or failure.
To trap the infinite potential of subconscious, the latter needs to be fed with positive inputs like prudent ideas free from stigmatic feelings like jealousy, fear, frustration, grief, shame, sadness, fear, frustration, guilt and depression. Any self-doubting tendency gets imbibed into the subconscious mind negatively impacting our zeal or strive towards success. On the other hand, the positive thoughts help the subconscious to analyze different schemas and come out with a novel solution towards success. If one truly wants to achieve success, they just need to divert their mind towards the life they want to create. A spectacular history will get embossed on its own.
